LR5-703. Motions to vacate and continue trial settings. All motions to vacate and continue trial settings for civil cases set on the merits shall be filed not less than ten (10) working days prior to trial, state the reason and must be approved by the party litigant as well as the attorney. No motion to vacate and continue a trial setting will be considered or granted in the absence of good cause and in the absence of the signature of the party litigant.
