LR5-101. Divisions of court.

For the purpose of identifying the judicial positions, the district shall be divided into eight divisions. The judges of divisions I and V shall reside in Eddy county; the judges of divisions II, VI and VIII shall reside in Chaves county, and the judges of divisions III, IV and VII shall reside in Lea county. The foregoing divisions are made pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-6-18 NMSA 1978.
